Anthony Bourdain Loves the Food in Baja California!
It takes a lot to surprise Anthony Bourdain, host of the Travel Channel’s “No Reservations,” as he has traveled the world tasting the world’s finest cuisine. Yet, for Bourdain’s first trip to Baja California the experience “was a real education.”
The American chef spoke to the blog “She Knows” about the historical experience of visit Baja California saying,
“Baja was a real education to me. I had no idea, it would be that beautiful, the food would be that good, the ingredients would be that exciting, that they are creating this Amazonian world down there. I was shocked by how delicious the food was and that they had a wine country!”
